TIE AND DYE Tie and dye is applying dye substance on a piece of cloth to create beautiful designs on it. Materials used for Tie dye 1. Cotton fabric 2. Raffia, ropes and strings 3. Dye chemical 4. Pleating method: The cloth is folded in pleats and tied tightly together to avoid loosening. 2. Clump method: The cloth is folded with hard objects inside e.g. pebble or stone. 3.
